Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

Our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

We offer the following policy for exchanges and refunds:

• Exchange: Available within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Refund: Available within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, only with a valid reason (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, all items must be:

• In their original condition.
• Unworn and unused.
• With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
